Click here     In the black community Trump asked an African American reporter to set up a meeting for him with ‘The Black Caucus.’ The official account of the Congressional Black Caucus also tweeted at the president, saying it wrote him a letter in January, but never received a reply. The Department of Education misspelled an apology for misspelling W.E.B. Du Bois’ name. In a tweet that went out Sunday morning, the agency attributed a quote from famous civil rights activist Du Bois to “W.E.B. It will explore “activism, social justice, volunteerism, equity and inclusion, using social media for good.”  A new platform is promoting images of black people engaging in acts of affection. On Valentine’s Day, a revolutionary new campaign launched titled “Black Love Power,” a digital platform dedicated to promoting powerful images of black people engaging in acts of love both through their website and across social media. The photos, which are all taken by talented black photographers, seek to show a broad range of images of black people and the many ways they express affection.
