APPEALS COURT DEALS BLOW TO TRUMP'S TRAVEL BAN The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit determined unanimously that "the judiciary has a proper role in safeguarding people’s rights" and declined to reinstate President Donald Trump's controversial executive order restricting refugees and immigrants from a number of Muslim-majority countries from entering the U.S. The case is likely headed to the Supreme Court. WHITE HOUSE: KELLYANNE CONWAY 'COUNSELED' FOLLOWING PROMOTION OF IVANKA TRUMP'S PRODUCTS House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) said he would refer Conway to the Office of Government Ethics for an investigation, saying her remarks promoting Ivanka Trump's products on Fox News were "clearly over the line."
