My friend's birthday was fast approaching and once again I was fresh out of unique gift ideas. This is my typical mindset for any gifting holiday. I never know where to start or what to get ever. Some people it's easier than others but this friend is particularly difficult. She is never happy with any present she receives from anyone so this year I was committed to finding something she would absolutely love and adore. I'm tired of being the guy whose presents always fall flat.
Like normal I started my search at the mall. Maybe one day I'll skip the mall altogether because of how wretched and horrible of a place it is but for now it's still on my list of placed to find gifts. Searching through the stores I soon came to the conclusion that the mall is a god awful place to find anything. There was nothing good there and what was; was overpriced at best.
I failed once again at the mall which came as no surprise and decided to try my luck at Target. Perhaps a good gift card was the answer a sought. Checking through the aisle for the right one I realized though that there is nothing unique about a gift card. One could even say it's the exact opposite of what it means to be unique. I think it's the worse idea I've had yet.
At last I chose to attempt my luck on the Internet. Once I was done browsing for a little while with still no luck my sister told me to check out I am a stuffed animal. As soon as I perused the site for a minute I knew that was the present I was looking for this whole time.
