Avoid eating animal fats because they're not good for your stamina and prostate. If you love cakes, cookies, donuts and Fries, stop now. It is okay to consume some fat but select healthy fat like olive oil, sesame oil, marg. Forget butter though you can think it tastes better than margarine. Your health is so very much more vital.
