Sanctuary is under attack from hordes of demons and its your job to stop them. Set 20 years ahead of Diablo 2 your mission is to protect the realm of sanctuary from the onslaught of the demon invasion.

There are number of enhancements to the gameplay that will have fans drooling. Enemies can ambush you when you least expect it and the scenery has become interactive. Bridge, walls rocks can all be manipulated and some objects improve your abilities.

Despite these improvements however, there are still fans who have their reservations about these improvements. Aside from these complaints though, a lot of people do think that this has a lot to offer. The real question is if it can keep up with the latest games, not to mention the general expectations among most fans. The average review may talk a lot about great new features, but the truth is that in order for Diablo 3 to be competitive, it will not just have to offer better graphics or gameplay. It also needs to be unique and groundbreaking without moving away from the gameplay that made previous the Diablo games successful.

Having said that, it's good to know that , based on previews, has found a good balance between innovation and what worked in the past. For example, like previous games, players will be able to choose different types of characters, and each of these characters will have different skills sets accessible to them. Also, different characters will have access to different types of equipment and game play. The Barbarian, for example, is expected to be a close combat character, whereas the Wizard is expected to be proficient at range attacks.

With craftsmen and followers to help you complete your quests, the game looks mouthwatering good and players will love being immersed into the gameplay. Diablo 3 is certainly looking very good.
